To install the Ticket Manager app first it is necessary to hire it. To do that, please reach our support by e-mail hello@aktienow.com.
After hiring, you will receive an email from our support team with a form to fill out with the necessary data for the application installation. This ensures the security of the process and your data. Our team will perform the installation remotely, without the need for direct access to your instance. The data we will request through the form will be:
- Admin user e-mail (this e-mail cannot be deleted)
- URL of your instance
- API Token
Once we have the necessary data, the installation will be completed, and you can schedule a presentation with our support team to demonstrate the app to your team.
