Support scenario:
My support team can consult information about customer orders through Zendesk fields, which are synchronized with my sales platform. However, this information should be static, with no possibility of being changed by agents. This helps prevent operational errors and ensures that regardless of which agent accesses the ticket, they will have reliable information to provide support.
With Zendesk:
Currently, it is not possible to block field editing through native Zendesk rules. There are applications that can do this, but they tend to lack additional features and do not allow for flexible disabling.
