With this plan, you can choose from 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours per month.
Professional Plan
For companies that already understand the potential of CX tools and want to take the next step, the Professional Plan is available. Our specialists and developers will help you achieve new results, optimize activities, empower your teams, and revolutionize your customer relationships.
This plan offers flexibility with options of 20, 24, 32, 40, 50, or 80 hours per month.
Advanced Plan
If your connection with internal or external customers is a core part of your business strategy, the Advanced Plan will maximize the benefits of Managed Services for your company. With exclusive access to one of our specialists for your requests, we will also be available on your company’s internal communication tools, enabling direct communication with your team.
The Advanced Plan can be contracted for 160 hours per month or more.
Our first response and resolution SLA for critical tickets is 1 business hour and 2 business hours, respectively.
On-Call Service
For added security and exclusive monitoring outside of Managed Services regular hours, the Advanced Plan offers an on-call service. With this option, you’ll have 24/7 support from our specialists and developers to address any urgent needs or emergencies in your operation.
