In the Help Center
In the Help Center, simply select the "New Request" option at the top of the screen. Fill in all the required fields, describe in detail what you need, and submit your request. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible. You will be notified by email whenever there’s an update to your ticket, and you can reply either by email or directly on the request screen.
Tracking Tickets
You can always track your tickets with Managed Services by selecting the "My Requests" option here in the Help Center. You can also track any requests where you are copied.
